Returns & Refund Policy

At Hydravit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our policy below.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Opened or used pouches cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

  • To start a return, please contact us at hello@hydravit.com with your order number.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. If this happens, email us at hello@hydravit.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (if applicable)

  • Opened or partially used products

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
