At Hydravit, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and flexible. Please review our purchase and cancellation terms below.
One-Time Purchases

All one-time purchases are processed immediately after checkout.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy if you wish to return an order after delivery.
Subscription Purchases (if applicable)

You may choose to subscribe for recurring deliveries of Hydravit products at a frequency you select (e.g., every 2, 4, or 6 weeks).

Subscriptions are billed automatically to your chosen payment method.

You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Hydravit account portal.

To avoid being charged for your next delivery, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled billing date.
Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order placed in error, please contact us immediately at hello@hydravit.com.

We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still return it in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails for a subscription order, our system will automatically retry. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused until the issue is resolved.
